NFT Content Policy
/nft browse grid, collection pages, share previews,
OG images for chat unfurls) are moderated. The platform admin reserves the
right to hide any collection that violates this policy.
🚫 Strictly forbidden — zero tolerance
The following content is prohibited under all circumstances. Collections matching these rules will be hidden immediately and the most severe cases may be reported to relevant authorities (NCMEC, INHOPE, local law enforcement).
- Sexual content involving minors (CSAM) — any depiction, real, AI-generated, drawn, or stylized, of a person under 18 in a sexual or sexualized context. No exception. No artistic-intent defense. No jurisdictional loophole.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery — revenge porn, hidden-camera content, sexual deepfakes of real identifiable people.
- Bestiality — sexual content involving animals.
- Direct incitement of violence against specific people or identifiable groups.
- Gore, torture, or graphic real-world violence presented for shock value.
- Doxxing — content identifying and targeting real people with private info to encourage harassment.
- Direct sale or marketing of illegal goods — narcotics, weapons, stolen credentials, malware, counterfeit currency.
⚠ Restricted — must use the 18+ category
- Adult content (nudity, consensual sexuality between adults). Must select the 18+ category at upload. The wallet-gated consent modal protects visitors who don't want to see it.
- Extreme violence in fictional contexts (horror art, gore-themed pieces).
Mis-categorizing 18+ content into a general category to bypass the gate is grounds for immediate removal.
Generally allowed (subject to moderation)
- Memes, satire, political commentary — allowed. Targeted harassment of specific people isn't.
- AI-generated imagery — allowed if it complies with everything above. AI doesn't grant a pass on the prohibited list.
- Fan art, homages, derivative works — allowed in fair-use territory. Clear infringement of trademarked or copyrighted work without parody/commentary may be hidden after a takedown request.
Enforcement
The platform admin reserves the right to hide any collection at sole discretion. Hiding is:
- Cosmetic only — the on-chain contracts continue to function. Existing buyers, sellers, and holders are unaffected; only the public storefront is moderated. We can't delete on-chain content.
- Reversible — admin can unhide via the admin panel if a hide was issued in error.
- Not appealable to a third party — there is no formal appeals process beyond contacting the admin directly. We are not bound to host content we consider harmful.
Gravely illegal content (especially CSAM) may be reported to relevant authorities in addition to being hidden.
Creator responsibility
You are the legal owner of and legally responsible for the content you upload. By using BescPad you:
- Confirm you have the rights to publish all uploaded content.
- Confirm the content doesn't violate the law in your jurisdiction or in Norway (BescPad's operating jurisdiction).
- Indemnify BescPad against any third-party claims arising from your content.
- Accept that the 5 BESC creation fee is non-refundable except at admin discretion (e.g. legitimate upload errors). Hiding a collection for policy violations does not trigger a refund.
Chain & scope
BescPad's NFT marketplace operates exclusively on BESC HyperChain (Chain ID 2372). All listings, offers, mints, fulfillments, royalties and platform fees are settled in contracts deployed on BESC. There is no cross-chain bridge.
- Only NFTs whose contracts live on BESC HyperChain can be listed or traded here.
- NFTs from Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Solana or any other chain cannot be imported, listed, or paid for through this marketplace.
- All payments use native BESC, WBESC, or other BESC-chain ERC-20 tokens (BUSDC, FUSD, etc.). Sending tokens from another chain to this marketplace's contract address will result in permanent loss of those tokens.
- Your wallet must be connected to BESC HyperChain to interact. The site will prompt you to switch networks if you're on a different chain.
Copyright & trademark — DMCA / takedown
Believe a BescPad NFT collection infringes your copyright or trademark? We honor legitimate takedown requests from rights-holders. BescPad operates from Norway (under Åndsverkloven, the Norwegian Copyright Act), but we accept US-DMCA-style notices and EU-jurisdiction claims through the same process.
Send your notice to: [email protected] · or via our Telegram if you prefer.
Include:
- The URL of the infringing collection (
https://bescpad.xyz/nft/<id>) - Description of the work being infringed and a link or attachment of the original
- Proof of ownership — registration certificate, publication record, trademark filing, or the original creation file with metadata
- Your full legal name and contact info (email is required; phone optional)
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights-holder or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
Response time: we acknowledge takedown notices within 7 days and act on clear-cut cases (verbatim copies, identical trademark imagery) within 48 hours of verification. Complex / contested cases may take longer.
Counter-notice: if your collection was removed in error, send a counter-notice to the same address with your case and contact info. We re-review every counter-notice and reinstate clearly-misclaimed content. Note that hide actions are storefront-only — the on-chain contract remains untouched, so a successful counter-notice restores visibility without any on-chain rollback being required.
Reporting abuse
Spotted a collection that violates this policy? Reach the platform admin
via the official BescPad Telegram channel. Include
the collection's URL (/nft/<id>), a brief description of the
violation, and a screenshot if relevant. Reports are reviewed promptly
and CSAM reports take priority over everything else. For copyright /
trademark claims specifically, use the DMCA process above — it gets
priority routing and a documented response time.
